Dr. Nancy
Clayton, DDS
Dr.
Clayton graduated in 1999 from the Faculty of Dentistry at the
University of Toronto. Upon graduation she was accepted into the
Dental Internship program at Vancouver General Hospital where she
received advanced training in endodontics, oral surgery, and
pediatric dentistry. She has volunteered as a surgical assistant
for the Cleft Lip and Palate team at Vancouver’s Children’s
Hospital, participated in local prosthodontic study clubs and is a
member of the Vancouver and District Dental Society.
With her
young family she is happy to call the growing community of Squamish
home. In her free time she enjoys the great outdoors and skiing the
slopes of Whistler.
Dr. Barbara Brigidear,
DMD
Dr. Brigidear was born and raised in
Saskatchewan and graduated from the College of Dentistry at the
University of Saskatchewan. Her love for travel and adventure
led her to join the Canadian Forces as a Dentist. She was
fortunate enough to work in many different and challenging
environments, while acquiring extra training in endodontics, oral
surgery and trauma. After 6 years with the Forces, her love
of the west coast led her to work in private practice on Vancouver
Island before happily settling in Squamish. She is passionate
about lifelong learning and has taken extensive continuing
education to keep up with the ever changing world of dentistry.
She obtained her IV sedation certification from The Georgia
Medical Centre in Augusta Georgia and is pleased to provide in
office IV sedation. She has taken extra training in Implant
dentistry, to place and restore implants and is delighted to offer
Botox treatments. In her spare time she enjoys playing soccer
with The Squamish Breakers, mountain biking and skiing.
