Meet our Dentists

Dr. Anderson Hsu, your trusted Vancouver dentist at Aarm Dental Group on Denman, offering patient-centered care and a wide range of dental services such as general, cosmetic, restorative, pediatric, and sedation dentistry.

  • Dr. Hsu was born in Taiwan and immigrated to Canada with his family when he was 8 years old. He grew up in Langley, B.C., and later moved to Vancouver to complete his degree in Biochemistry and Dentistry at the University of British Columbia.

    Dr. Hsu enjoys all aspects of dentistry, but most of all, he enjoys the people. He strives to practice patient-centered dentistry, where patient comfort and effective communication are of the priority. He also enrolls himself in study clubs to ensure he can provide every patient with the best possible care. In his spare time, Dr.Hsu loves a good match of tennis. He also enjoys spending time with his family and taking his dog Toffee out for a stroll.

  • Dr. Malekian graduated from the Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Science in Tehran/Iran as a doctor of dental surgery. She owned a private dental clinic in Tehran before immigrating to Canada in 2013 and has over 15 years of clinical experience in all aspects of dentistry. She passed The National Dental Board exams of Canada and got her dentistry license in 2017. Dr.Malekian has a passion for continuing education in dentistry. She has taken hundreds of hours of continuing education courses in implant dentistry, endodontics, and cosmetic dentistry. She enjoys keeping up to date with the latest advances in dental treatment options and aims to provide dental care in a stress-free and relaxing environment. Her patients appreciate her gentle approach. They have been heard to comment on her “soft hands.” Children especially respond to her kind manner, and Dr.Malekian enjoys giving her little patients a good experience when they come for their dental appointment.

    In her spare time, Dr. Malekian enjoys spending time with her family, outdoor activities, and swimming.
